Product Manager – Enterprise Health

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery with customers and stakeholders to understand workflow challenges and unmet needs
• Develop deep expertise in assigned product areas, including users, workflows, and market dynamics
• Translate customer and market insights into prioritized product initiatives and roadmaps
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows
• Own product capabilities end-to-end from discovery through delivery and adoption
• Partner with Engineering and Design to translate problems into scalable solutions
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to drive successful launches
• Define measurable KPIs tied to product usage, efficiency, and business impact

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology
• Experience owning complex product capabilities or workflows end-to-end
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams
• Strong product discovery and problem-framing abilities
• Ability to prioritize based on customer impact, strategic fit, and ROI
• Strong analytical skills and an outcome-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT, EHRs, or occupational health
• Experience with medical surveillance, injury management, or compliance workflows
• Experience working with reporting, analytics, or data-intensive products
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms or complex enterprise systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product development or workflows
• Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing or Agile/Scrum are a plus
