About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery with customers and stakeholders to understand workflow challenges and unmet needs
- Develop deep expertise in assigned product areas, including users, workflows, and market dynamics
- Translate customer and market insights into prioritized product initiatives and roadmaps
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve workflows
- Own product capabilities end-to-end from discovery through delivery and adoption
- Partner with Engineering and Design to translate problems into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to drive successful launches
- Define measurable KPIs tied to product usage, efficiency, and business impact
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology
- Experience owning complex product capabilities or workflows end-to-end
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams
- Strong product discovery and problem-framing abilities
- Ability to prioritize based on customer impact, strategic fit, and ROI
- Strong analytical skills and an outcome-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare IT, EHRs, or occupational health
- Experience with medical surveillance, injury management, or compliance workflows
- Experience working with reporting, analytics, or data-intensive products
- Experience modernizing legacy platforms or complex enterprise systems
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product development or workflows
- Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing or Agile/Scrum are a plus
