Responsibilities

• Plan and design trading product modules including stocks, ETFs, options, margin trading, market data, account assets, order management, risk control, and trading tools.
• Translate market rules into product logic, covering order types, trading sessions, matching behavior, fee structures, corporate actions, holdings, and exception flows.
• Output rigorous PRDs, interaction flows, prototypes, field logic, calculation formulas, risk control rules, and backend configuration logic.
• Optimize the experience for novice, active, and professional investors regarding order placement, asset display, risk alerts, and post-trade reviews.
• Formulate product roadmaps and priorities based on market research, competitor analysis, user feedback, and data performance.
• Utilize AI tools for competitor research, requirement grooming, PRD writing, prototyping, and financial product opportunity discovery.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering production-grade financial trading products through the full lifecycle (research, design, launch, and iteration).
• Deep understanding of US stock trading logic, including stocks, ETFs, options, margin, order types, holdings, assets, fees, and trading sessions.
• Ability to design complex trading scenarios including field definitions, calculation logic, exception handling, and risk alerts.
• Ability to drive consensus across R&D, design, testing, operations, compliance, risk control, and customer service teams.
• Competency in using AI tools while maintaining awareness of information security, data privacy, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English for meetings, email communication, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong markets, cross-border investment, internet brokerage products, or financial certification systems.
• Experience exploring AI applications in user education, intelligent customer service, investment research assistance, or risk control.
