About the role
Responsibilities
- Redesign the main dashboard home page and build end-to-end activation flows
- Create a self-serve communication system for feature adoption and announcements
- Run A/B tests, map user funnels, and measure performance against activation speed and retention
- Manage features across the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Act as a central node between Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering
Requirements
- Proven track record of defining clear milestones and pushing features to production
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze onboarding funnels and build hypothesis-led experiments
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS or complex dashboards is a plus
