Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for strategic technology applications including TalkDesk, Salesforce, and Epic
• Translate operational, clinical, and growth stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption, utilization, and operational impact
• Run discovery with stakeholders to validate requirements and shape user stories
• Partner with internal analysts and external vendors to deliver configuration changes and new features
• Lead technology application implementations for new PACE center launches
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and performance
• Design rollout, onboarding, and training plans for managed applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management for enterprise or B2B SaaS applications
• Strong command of product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, and agile delivery
• Proven ability to translate clinical requirements into clear product requirements
• Experience partnering with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or health IT experience
• Experience with TalkDesk, Salesforce, Abridge, or Epic
• Familiarity with PACE, Medicare/Medicaid, or regulated healthcare environments
• Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations
