About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for strategic technology applications including TalkDesk, Salesforce, and Epic
- Translate operational, clinical, and growth stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog
- Define and track success metrics such as adoption, utilization, and operational impact
- Run discovery with stakeholders to validate requirements and shape user stories
- Partner with internal analysts and external vendors to deliver configuration changes and new features
- Lead technology application implementations for new PACE center launches
- Manage day-to-day vendor relationships and performance
- Design rollout, onboarding, and training plans for managed applications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management for enterprise or B2B SaaS applications
- Strong command of product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, and agile delivery
- Proven ability to translate clinical requirements into clear product requirements
- Experience partnering with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare or health IT experience
- Experience with TalkDesk, Salesforce, Abridge, or Epic
- Familiarity with PACE, Medicare/Medicaid, or regulated healthcare environments
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations
