Product Manager, Membership & Payments

Responsibilities

• Own the member lifecycle journey from application and onboarding through activation, subscriptions, renewal, and reactivation
• Focus on payments as the center of the member journey
• Partner with engineering, design, and data to identify, ship, and and measure solutions
• Manage the experiences that turn accepted applicants into members
• Manage membership management and reactivation experiences extับ

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience building consumer subscription products
• Deep experience in iOS payments and subscriptions, including Apple StoreKit and third-party payment providers such as Stripe
• Hands-on product manager who enjoys getting into the details
• Strong ownership of the ability to identify a problem through shipping and measuring the solution
