About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive activation and ongoing usage of the business customer platform
- Own payroll lifecycle end to end, from file validation through reporting
- Define scope and lead delivery of compliance-first MVPs
- Design API-first product requirements with Engineering
- Partner with Finance, Ops and Business Development on rollouts and client onboarding
Requirements
- 6-8 years of product management in fintech, PSP or B2B technology
- Strong API fluency and ability to define sequence diagrams
- Experience with payroll, salary disbursement or bulk payment products
- Understanding of UAE WPS systems and compliance workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Ops, Finance and Compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up
- Familiarity with KYB/KYC systems
