Product Manager, Parcel Management

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Parcel Management solutions
• Translate customer feedback, market trends, and data standards into a compelling product roadmap
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to modernize parcel workflows
• Collaborate with Engineering to translate strategy into actionable user stories and technical priorities
• Manage product backlogs using Agile methodologies
• Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure successful product adoption
• Support Sales and Marketing through product demonstrations and competitive positioning
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand operational challenges and statutory requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, GovTech, or workflow automation
• Experience with parcel management, property assessment, taxation, or cadastral GIS
• Strong technical fluency with modern SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms
• Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure
• Understanding of modern web application frameworks like Angular or React
• Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, GIS, or a related field
