About the role
About the Company
We are redefining the operations of brokers, MGAs, and wholesalers. By leveraging an AI-first approach, our platform drives the evolution of the insurance industry, automating workflows and enabling scalable growth across employee benefits and commercial insurance sectors.
Responsibilities
- Work with real users to iterate fast with short feedback loops
- Serve as the connective tissue between GTM and engineering teams
- Translate industry knowledge into clean, scalable UX that cuts down manual effort
- Partner with engineering teams to layer intelligence into every step of the workflow
- Measure adoption, usage, and impact, and iterate based on results
- Partner with GTM teams on pilot deployments, beta releases, and expansion into new lines
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- At least 2 years in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience working with engineering teams building AI products
- Habitual, fluent user of AI tools in day-to-day work
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong instincts for UX and ability to simplify complex processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insuretech, fintech, or enterprise workflow software
- Direct experience working at or closely with a retail broker, wholesaler, or MGA
- Familiarity with commercial P&C lines or Employee Benefits
- Experience building document-processing or workflow automation tools
- Comfort with SQL or basic data analysis
- Prior startup experience (Series A–C)
