Job description

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver products for developers and AI agents
  • Identify priorities and organize customer and product feedback across several engineering teams
  • Define requirements and guide products through experimental, beta, and general availability lifecycles
  • Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, specifications, and success criteria
  • Act as the glue between engineering, revenue, and marketing teams
  • Represent the product vision to customers, executives, and engineers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or fast-moving organization
  • Previous professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding experience
  • Experience building technical products for developers or highly technical users
  • Experience working directly with customers through discovery, development, and launch
  • Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, and modern developer tooling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with significant overlap with the Eastern Time (EST) zone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building products involving AI agents, coding assistants, or LLMs
  • Experience with developer tools, code search, code intelligence, or IDEs
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and complex software organizations
  • Ability to contribute to a production codebase
