About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with company strategy
- Understand customer problems and opportunities across products
- Run discovery techniques such as user research, benchmarking and personas
- Define, test and experiment with solutions in complex, ambiguous problems
- Write detailed specifications for the development process
- Track development, launch and performance using KPIs and data analysis
- Manage prioritization, backlog and continuous delivery of value
- Align stakeholders on progress, problems and results
Requirements
- Lead new payment provider integrations from discovery to production
- Maintain and update existing layouts and integrations
- Direct relationship with acquirers and partners on reconciliation formats
- Evolve the platform's data mapping that normalizes incoming data
- Strong knowledge of EDI and reconciliation structures
