Responsibilities

• Identify and validate new customer and business value through market intelligence and customer insight
• Build opportunity maps and conduct market/competitive assessments regarding AI and workforce development
• Run customer experiments using prototypes, interviews, and data to validate high-priority opportunities
• Develop product roadmaps including strategic rationale, business hypotheses, and success measures
• Deliver positioning, pricing, packaging, and GTM recommendations for new initiatives
• Launch or pilot new products, offerings, partnerships, or business models

Requirements

• Proven track record of building systems and driving impact at scale
• Ability to use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and experimentation
• Strong commercial thinking and ability to test pricing/distribution hypotheses
• Experience moving strategic opportunities from hypothesis through market testing
• Self-starter with a track record of follow-through and curiosity
