Responsibilities
- Identify and validate new customer and business value through market intelligence and customer insight
- Build opportunity maps and conduct market/competitive assessments regarding AI and workforce development
- Run customer experiments using prototypes, interviews, and data to validate high-priority opportunities
- Develop product roadmaps including strategic rationale, business hypotheses, and success measures
- Deliver positioning, pricing, packaging, and GTM recommendations for new initiatives
- Launch or pilot new products, offerings, partnerships, or business models
Requirements
- Proven track record of building systems and driving impact at scale
- Ability to use AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and experimentation
- Strong commercial thinking and ability to test pricing/distribution hypotheses
- Experience moving strategic opportunities from hypothesis through market testing
- Self-starter with a track record of follow-through and curiosity
