Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging across diverse buyer personas from solo owners to enterprise operators
• Develop category narratives for upmarket movement and multi-site governance
• Lead end-to-end product launch strategy, execution, and post-launch analysis
• Maintain customer-facing changelogs and product source of truth documentation
• Create sales enablement assets including pitch decks, demo scripts, and competitive battlecards
• Conduct competitive intelligence to sharpen differentiation in the ABA software market
• Manage ICP and persona documentation through direct customer insights and win/loss analysis

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record of managing product launches
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to simplify complex regulated products
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows
• Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity as the first dedicated hire in this role
• Interest in regulated clinical domains (payer requirements, compliance, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, autism services, or EdTech
• Background as a BCBA or RBT or experience in ABA service delivery
• Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams
• Experience marketing to both SMB and enterprise segments simultaneously
• Experience in competitive or displacement-heavy markets
