About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and messaging for the healthcare and employee benefits landscape
- Lead marketing plans for assigned products and ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Create and maintain compelling sales and marketing collateral, including presentations and case studies
- Support product launches through coordinated messaging and training
- Partner with Sales and Client-facing teams to develop training, tools, and resources
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Public Health
- 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation development skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and industry events
