Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise positioning and messaging to define how Supabase wins against incumbent databases and cloud-native alternatives
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence programs, including battle cards, win/loss analysis, and objection-handling guides
• Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, ROI frameworks, technical briefs, and security/compliance collateral
• Develop enterprise GTM playbooks that address multi-stakeholder buying processes and procurement cycles
• Write code utilities in Python or JavaScript to automate competitive monitoring, data analysis, and deal intelligence
• Use LLMs and AI tools to automate market research, synthesize analyst reports, and generate enablement materials
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to translate market feedback into product roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience with a focus on B2B SaaS or enterprise environments
• Proven track record in sales enablement and competitive intelligence at a high-growth startup or developer tools company
• Technical coding ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to build automation and research utilities
• Advanced LLM usage for competitive analysis, research automation, and workflow optimization
• Strong ability to translate complex technical architectures into business value for both developers and executives
• Experience working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with developer infrastructure, open source, or databases
• Experience managing the transition from product-led growth (PLG) to enterprise revenue motions
• Background as a developer or someone who codes regularly for work or personal projects
