Product Marketing Manager Window Fashion

Responsibilities

• Shape long-term portfolio strategy by leveraging market trends and competitive intelligence
• Define and evolve compelling portfolio value propositions and range architecture
• Drive portfolio lifecycle and performance management to maximize sustainable growth
• Lead global go-to-market execution and launch excellence via the Launch Wave process
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Brand teams
• Enable commercial success across markets through sales enablement toolkits and training tools

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Window Fashion or a similar business sector
• Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent background
• Strong customer and end-user understanding
• Strategic thinking and decision-making drive
• Leadership and cross-functional influence skills
• Solid go-to-market capabilities and experience supporting international launches
• Ability to structure and drive innovation pipeline roadmaps
• Fact-based, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
