Product Operations, Derivatives

Responsibilities

• Support middle office and operations activities for the derivatives business unit
• Assist in calibrating trading parameters and maintaining product specifications
• Help execute structured workflows to support alignment across regional and global teams
• Monitor daily operational tasks, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
• Utilize internal tools, including AI and automation, to streamline workflows
• Support the investigation and resolution of operational issues and escalations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across trading, product, tech, risk, and ops teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1–4 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, or trading support
• Basic understanding of derivatives products and trading concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in working with data, process flows, and operational troubleshooting
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams
