About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead new product launches from kickoff to operational stability
- Translate product strategy into clear specifications for pricing, data, and engineering
- Identify and remove operational bottlenecks across product, underwriting, and engineering
- Build systems for underwriting and pricing experts to input rules and judgment
- Establish change control processes for coverage, rules, and pricing
- Maintain consistent terminology across all systems and models
- Implement feedback loops from policies, claims, and lost deals
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in complex problem solving via process and product development
- Proven ability to build scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams
- High level of comfort delegating to and improving AI agents
- Grit and a self-starter mindset for a lean, fast-moving environment
- Insurance background (policy forms, SERFF) is a plus but not required
