Product Owner (Customer Experience)

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey end-to-end, from registration to quality conversations
• Analyze product data with AI tools and turn insights into hypotheses
• Write product briefs and drive ideas through specs, prototyping and release
• Build and prioritize the backlog based on user and business value
• Connect initiatives to business impact such as revenue and net profit
• Scale successful experiments across the product portfolio

Requirements

• Experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager or Team Lead in B2C
• Hands-on use of AI tools for product analytics and documentation
• Strong product metrics, funnel analytics and unit economics understanding
• Track record of owning a business metric such as revenue or net profit
• Strong prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience
• Technical degree or previous development experience
