About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize enterprise features
- Act as the voice of the customer and liaison between business users and IT teams
- Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications
- Lead enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing
- Manage technical documentation including System Design Documents and security testing documentation
- Support demos and briefings to CMS and internal leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles
- In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience supporting APIs, system integrations, and data exchange
- Experience working with CMS or similar federal agencies
- Ability to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance
- Must have resided in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Active Salesforce certifications
- Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and OWN
- Experience with automation testing scripts and DevSecOps pipelines
