About the Company

Sweed is a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. Our enterprise-grade platform combines POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management into a single, seamless solution, helping retailers navigate the complex legal landscape of the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Own your product stream end-to-end from discovery and hypothesis validation through execution and iteration
• Define and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company strategy and keep the backlog prioritized
• Run product discovery using LLM tools to turn ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses and prototypes
• Prototype and validate product ideas quickly through user flows, mockups, or lightweight demos
• Conduct market and customer research to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, customer success, and leadership to align product work with business goals

Requirements

• 5+ years in a product role (PO, PM, Business Analyst, or Project Manager)
• Experience working on web and/or mobile products
• Strong technical fluency to work closely with engineers and understand system constraints
• Solid product judgment regarding SaaS UX, onboarding, and product-led growth
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
• Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a product workflow
• Background in retail, POS, or compliance-heavy products
