About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, backlog, delivery, and operational performance of Mashreq Biz digital channels
- Lead agile delivery across assigned squads, including engineers, QA, and proxy product owners
- Drive product strategy and roadmap alignment across UAE, Egypt, and Pakistan markets
- Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition to release and optimization
- Act as the global SME digital channel lead to ensure consistency in customer journeys and design standards
- Lead and develop direct reports and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders including Executive Leadership, Engineering, UX, and Compliance
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management, or Financial Services Technology
- Proven track record delivering mobile and/or online banking solutions
- Strong experience managing Agile squads and delivery teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Agile Product Management certifications (PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe) are desirable
Preferred Qualifications
- SME or Business Banking product experience
- Multi-country or regional product leadership experience
- Experience working across UAE, Egypt, or Pakistan markets
- Exposure to platform product management and reusable capability frameworks
