About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote products to hospitals, infection control, ICUs, and relevant decision makers
- Increase awareness and build demand for company products
- Train end users and customers on home care products
- Achieve sales targets in the designated territory
- Build sustainable relationships with target HCPs and KOLs
- Conduct market analysis including competitive and business intelligence
- Organize promotional and educational meetings, symposia, and conferences
Requirements
- Primary degree in Pharmaceutical or Nursing
- More than 3 years of experience in a sales role
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
- Proven record in launching new products
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in infection control, Urology, Rehabilitation centers, or Home care portfolios
