About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage MIS for Real Estate Finance and Home Finance portfolios
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for management and relationship managers
- Prepare REF and HF sales incentive payments
- Coordinate Business Continuity Plan and operational risk (ORM) activities
- Track property valuations, insurance renewals and CA expiry reports
- Prepare KPI and performance dashboard reports for home finance
- Support management on incremental requests and provide sales support
Requirements
- University degree with 9+ years relevant experience
- MIS, real estate or investment analysis background preferred
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Good computer knowledge
