About the role
Responsibilities
- Investigate production issues and work with developers to resolve them promptly
- Lead diagnostic efforts, automating diagnosis and fixing issues at the source
- Monitor, analyse and troubleshoot problems, providing code fixes and thorough testing
- Build and use application monitoring solutions to improve availability and performance
- Communicate clearly with users, development and support teams during downtime
- Follow Incident, Problem and Change Management processes and SLA compliance
- Support quality assurance of the core platform
Requirements
- Ability to understand, test and troubleshoot complex system interactions
- Ability to read code, with solid shell scripting, SQL and Linux skills
- Hands-on experience with FIX, REST and WebSocket protocols
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital assets or financial services
- DevOps tooling, containerisation and cloud concepts (AWS, Docker, EKS)
