About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the virtual mentoring pilot program, serving as the internal owner of the initiative.
- Coordinate external partnerships, corporate partner activation, and mentor experience.
- Oversee program learning and future growth strategy.
- Partner with flagship cities (New York, Chicago, and Baltimore) flagships. lagships.
- Deliver a data-innovation-informed recommendation for future scale.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on ability to implement and build from scratch.
- Experience in program development, pilot launch, and strategic outreach and recruitment.
- Strong skills in data analysis and cross-intensive partnership.
- Ability to and work at the junction of innovation, data analysis, and strategic outreach.
