About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of a large federal program with multiple projects
- Manage program finances, contract performance and resource planning over $150M
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts and designers
- Monitor and report key performance metrics to agency leadership
- Identify, assess and mitigate program risks
- Serve as primary point of contact for COs, CORs and program leadership
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and federal acquisition processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years leading large software or Agile programs
- Active PMP certification
- Proven management of federal programs valued above $150M
- Experience working with COs, CORs and agency leadership
- Strong understanding of federal contracting and budget management
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior work as a federal employee
- Experience with capture and proposal development for federal contracts
