Program Manager, CB, PB & Marketing

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Governance Oversight of the Portfolio
• Align the Project Portfolio to Corporate Strategy
• Execution Governance of Portfolio
• Accountable for adherence of Portfolio to the Banks governance including processes, reporting and governance committees
• Prepare and run monthly Portfolio Governance Committee and provide insights to Executive level
• Monitor risks and issues at Portfolio level and provide visibility to Senior Management
• Ensure optimized Investment and Resource Allocation
• Establish governance frameworks for disciplined execution
• Define portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures
• Manage interdependencies and ensure alignment across Business, Technology, and Enablement teams
• Drive benefits realization tracking and system adoption monitoring
• Coach executives and delivery teams on portfolio thinking
• Manage and ensure portfolio delivery through a culture of accountability

Requirements

• University Degree in Technology, Management or equivalent
• 15+ years of total professional experience
• Minimum 5 years with oversight of large programs of work
• Minimum 10 years of experience in managing portfolios, project governance, and delivery
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• SAFe or other agile certification
• Experience managing a team size of 5-10 people
• Experience presenting to and engaging with SVP and Executive level leadership
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to work in a fast-fast paced environment and handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent master's degree
