Program Manager – Digitalization Programs

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of regional digitalization programs, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, customer satisfaction, revenue, and gross margin performance.
• Establish and maintain robust program governance, including steering committees, executive reviews, and risk registers.
• Lead cross-functional teams across project management, engineering, software, cybersecurity, data, and cloud organizations.
• Drive predictable execution across multiple countries by standardizing program lifecycle practices and reporting.
• Translate customer business objectives into clear digital program outcomes and value realization roadmaps.
• Support revenue forecasting accuracy, billing milestones, and change order management.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to technology integration, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the first level of management escalation for strategic customers in the region.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in program management or digital transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-country programs in the Middle East region.
• Strong understanding of industrial software, data platforms, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue, margin, budget, and resource planning.
• Experience working in matrix organizations leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Business.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Management or Engineering Management.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
