Program Manager – Digitalization Programs, Middle East Region

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of regional digitalization programs, including scope, budget, and risk
• Establish and maintain robust program governance and steering committees
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and cybersecurity
• Drive predictable execution across multiple countries and customer sites
• Translate customer business objectives into digital program outcomes
• Support revenue forecasting, billing milestones, and financial reviews
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to technology integration and cybersecurity
• Serve as the first level of management escalation for strategic customers
• Partner with sales and product teams to ensure digital solutions meet commitments
• Build, coach, and develop project and program management talent
• Capture lessons learned to improve future delivery performance

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in program management or digital transformation
• Proven experience managing complex programs in the Middle East region
• Strong understanding of industrial software, data platforms, and cloud-enabled solutions
• Demonstrated ability to manage revenue, margin, and resource planning
• Excellent knowledge of program governance and stakeholder communications
• Experience working in matrix organizations
• Strong customer-facing presence for engaging senior executives
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business
• English fluency required; Arabic capability is desirable
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery methodologies
