Program Manager (PM

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for the COR and Government Technical Supervisor
• Provide strategic oversight of contract operations and SOW compliance
• Lead a distributed workforce supporting medical staffing and administrative functions
• Ensure operational coverage including nights, weekends and holidays
• Coordinate subcontractors and supervise site leads
• Manage real-time staffing adjustments and workforce accountability
• Deliver required SOW reporting accurately and on time
• Drive process improvement, quality control and risk mitigation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years medical program contracting management experience
• Experience managing federal contracts, preferably DoD or similar agencies
• Experience overseeing multiple contracts in healthcare and clinical support
• Experience managing 24/7 operations
• Credentialing requirement experience
• Experience with Exempt and Non-exempt (SCA) staffing and benefits

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Public Health
