Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own program-level delivery across a portfolio of concurrent Ripple Treasury implementations in the Middle East
• Serve as the senior point of contact for client program sponsors and executive partners
• Develop and maintain coordinated program plans, resource allocations, RAID logs, and program-level reporting
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and customer concerns
• Facilitate executive-level status updates, steering committee meetings, and post-implementation reviews
• Partner with Project Managers to provide mentorship and quality oversight
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Consulting, Sales, and Customer Success
• Champion program governance guidelines and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle
• Contribute to PMO capability-building and methodology refinement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• At least 2 years managing enterprise-level SaaS or professional services implementations
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-solution programs simultaneously
• Strong collaborator management skills across all organizational levels, including C-suite
• Experience working with internal delivery teams and third-party Systems Integrators (SIs)
• Solid understanding of treasury, cash management, or financial risk management processes
• Ability to mentor and develop junior PMs and consultants
• Experience providing services to clients across the Middle East
• Willingness to travel regionally as required
