About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships and engagement guidelines
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Support the identification of potential new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally
- Support the rollout of the Prize’s Ambassador Program
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Zayed Sustainability Prize program, including planning and scheduling
- Coordinate third parties engaged to deliver programs to ensure objectives are met on time and budget
- Prepare relevant reports and management information for line managers
- Deliver program content for thought leadership platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in stakeholder management and program coordination
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing and editorial skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects
- Proficiency in English
