Programmatic Sales Director

About the Company

Wunderkind ads are 'behaviorally triggered', meaning that ads are served on a premium list of publishers only when a user is done consuming content. Our proprietary tag is integrated directly on the publisher page to track on-site user behavior - making 'net new' ad placements.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand for Wunderkind display & video ad inventory from agencies & advertisers across Central Region accounts
• Develop a holistic understanding of the Wunderkind product offering and how its differentiation can best serve client needs
• Build relationships with multiple layers of decision makers in the programmatic buying cycle
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to qualified targets
• Work hand-in-hand with account managers to ensure accounts are being serviced properly and revenue is maximized
• Act as liaison between the market and internal teams to ensure product evolution

Requirements

• BA/BS degree plus experience related to digital media or digital advertising
• 8+ years experience in online programmatic advertising sales
• At least 5 years in a dedicated sales role
• Extensive experience in the programmatic industry with a track record of impacting business growth
• Robust network of contacts across the buy side
• Experience selling CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
• Experience working with DSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus
