About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and scale Daos Padel as a scalable, ongoing product and community
- Take full ownership of the Padel & Wellness stream from concept to execution and commercial success
- Organize recurring high-quality experiences, including community meetups and corporate games
- Execute large-scale flagship padel tournaments for founders, executives, and investors in Dubai
