About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project plans and logistics for the Organizational Change Management team
- Schedule training, working sessions and meetings, ensuring space and materials are provided
- Work with training and communications teams to develop and update materials
- Track project timelines, statuses and resource constraints
- Establish program metrics in training, communication and change readiness
- Ensure follow-up on outstanding questions and issues weekly
Requirements
- Associate's or technical degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Project coordination or project management experience
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of technical experience
- Experience with archiving projects
