Project Coordinator Intern, Renewables Advisory

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project planning and coordination
• Support project setup in PSA and Oracle
• Support billing and invoicing activities
• Collect and interpret data for revenue reporting
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of reports and presentations
• Support general project and team administration
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Interest in project management and/or the renewable energy sector
• Ability to support project schedules and ensure data completeness
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in PC-based software packages for word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets
• Experience with ERP or business systems like Oracle, Salesforce, or PSA is an advantage
• Awareness of UAE business practices, invoicing, or VAT is an advantage
