Project Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects
• Develop, maintain, and archive project documentation, cost estimates, roadmaps, work plans, logs, and status reports
• Provide leadership and technical management using Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff
• Oversee daily tasks of technical personnel and ensure progress toward milestones
• Track team performance and deliverables while managing schedule and cost changes
• Resolve conflicts early and escalate unresolved issues through proper channels

Requirements

• Active Duty Military applying through the DoD SkillBridge program
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
• Eligibility for Secret-level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business, or related field (associate degree with experience considered)
• Current project management certification
• Scrum or Agile methodology certification
• Experience with large-scale IT project management
• Experience as a scrum master or software project lead
• Experience working with federal clients and knowledge of federal compliance
