About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects
- Develop, maintain, and archive project documentation, cost estimates, roadmaps, work plans, logs, and status reports
- Provide leadership and technical management using Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff
- Oversee daily tasks of technical personnel and ensure progress toward milestones
- Track team performance and deliverables while managing schedule and cost changes
- Resolve conflicts early and escalate unresolved issues through proper channels
Requirements
- Active Duty Military applying through the DoD SkillBridge program
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
- Eligibility for Secret-level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business, or related field (associate degree with experience considered)
- Current project management certification
- Scrum or Agile methodology certification
- Experience with large-scale IT project management
- Experience as a scrum master or software project lead
- Experience working with federal clients and knowledge of federal compliance
