About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate priorities and surface dependencies between Product and Engineering
- Own project plans, track milestones and push initiatives to completion on time
- Run planning cadences, sprint reviews and cross-team syncs
- Identify risks and blockers early and drive resolution
- Act as a trusted point of contact across teams
- Deliver clear status updates, delivery metrics and project health reporting
- Refine PMO processes, tools and rituals
Requirements
- 3+ years in program, technical program or PMO roles in tech
- Passion for Web3 and wallet infrastructure
- Proven record delivering cross-functional Product and Engineering projects
- Enough technical fluency to understand engineering trade-offs
- Excellent communicator across all stakeholder levels
- Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear or similar
