About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned projects end to end, managing schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting
- Coordinate development and delivery of educational programs, resources, and learning platforms
- Partner with instructional designers and technical teams on course development, testing, releases, and adoption
- Identify and track risks and issues; bring leadership clear assessments and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to use AI in project workflows and assess outputs for accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with generative AI platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or comparable certification
- Experience supporting NIH-funded programs or federal contracts
- Experience with learning management systems or educational technology
