About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve client and company business objectives
- Manage multiple software implementation projects from inception to completion
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility
- Act as a solution architect to align client business models with Veson software products
- Facilitate business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Identify and track critical paths, risks, and contingencies
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to management
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in enterprise software implementation
- Formal project management qualification (Prince2, PMP, or similar)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Analytical approach with strong attention to detail
- Proven planning, organizational, and facilitation skills
- Degree qualified in IT, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or Business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Financial Technologies and Accounting
- Knowledge of commodity trading, risk management, or ETRM/CTRM
- Familiarity with the maritime shipping industry
- Exposure to programming languages like C# or JavaScript
