About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent campaigns
- Coordinate Intake, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Management teams
- Run status meetings, document workflows, and flag risks early
- Oversee rollout of new tools, integrations, and lead-routing workflows into the CRM
- Partner with media buyers on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and report performance
- Review campaign, social, and email copy for clarity and compliance
- Prepare concise updates for leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of project or program management in digital marketing or lead generation
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort using data to guide decisions
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations such as Zapier, Law Ruler, or Salesforce
- Background or interest in the legal industry
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification
