About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects from initiation to completion aligned with business objectives
- Partner with executive leadership to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Build detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify risks and dependencies early and plan mitigation
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication
- Report project status and roadblocks to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement within the PMO
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of project management experience, enterprise-level initiatives
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Critical Path, and Hybrid methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in change management and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification
- Agile certification such as Scrum Master or SAFe
