About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee project plans using predictive and agile methodologies
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including risk mitigation
- Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects within scope, schedule and guidelines
- Establish relationships with stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership
- Manage vendors and contractors and report outcomes and risks to management
Requirements
- Minimum four years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master
- Experience with project dashboards and tools such as Asana, Project or Jira
- Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Private, distraction-free remote work environment with high-speed internet
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the education industry
- Experience with Mac OS, Google Workspace and Asana
