About the role
Responsibilities
- Gain consensus from stakeholders to approve the proposed project plan
- Establish project governance, processes, and decision-making models
- Coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to assign and complete work
- Monitor and control project progress and critical path items
- Update project plans regularly and document changes
- Ensure project documentation is housed centrally for compliance
- Identify and control changes to scope
- Coordinate project closure activities including stakeholder sign-off
- Contribute to the development of Enterprise Health organizational process assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Three years of business analysis and/or technical/software project management experience
- Strong background in project management, preferably in the medical software industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and on time/budget
- Experience with pre-sales support, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project
