About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
- Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on operational priorities and execution strategy
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and budgets
- Facilitate and lead project meetings and provide clear status updates
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and process improvement opportunities
- Ensure operational initiatives align with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the organization
- Support change management efforts to drive adoption of initiatives
- Lead post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and refine processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
- Experience supporting multi-site surgical, aesthetic, or specialty care operations
- Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence training
