Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and timelines including internal and client-facing milestones
• Create budgets, dependencies, and define resourcing needs
• Track progress, risks, and delivery health
• Operationalize approved briefs into execution plans
• Lead day-to-day execution across teams and drive momentum
• Perform QA in partnership with Creative Leads for creative and brand quality
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks early to ensure work is on time, on scope, and within budget

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project, Account, or Campaign manager or Creative producer
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of creative communication and business outcomes
• Ability to scope, budget, and manage strict timelines and milestones
• Proficiency with project management software like Slack, Notion, Asana, or Trello
• High-level understanding of Digital Advertising, Social Media, Branding, and Communications
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Ae, Id) and Figma
• Interest in AI and knowledge of tools like Midjourney and ChatGPT
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Ability to work in a high-performance environment (often 50+ hours per week)
